Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s veritat que a no tothom li funciona igual. Per aix\u00f2, ara t&#039;explicar\u00e9 els passos b\u00e0sics perqu\u00e8 l&#039;ancoratge et funcioni.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-video fusion-youtube fusion-aligncenter\" style=\"--awb-max-width:600px;--awb-max-height:360px;--awb-width:100%;\"><div class=\"video-shortcode\"><lite-youtube videoid=\"1nsso734HWA\" class=\"landscape\" params=\"wmode=transparent&autoplay=1&amp;rel=0&amp;controls=0&amp;modestbranding=1&amp;enablejsapi=1\" title=\"YouTube v\u00eddeo player 1\" data-button-label=\"Play Video\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" data-thumbnail-size=\"auto\" data-no-cookie=\"on\"><\/lite-youtube><\/div><\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Passos b\u00e0sics perqu\u00e8 l&#039;ancoratge et funcioni<\/h2>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un ancoratge?<\/h3>\n<p>El primer que et vull explicar \u00e9s qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un ancoratge. \u00c9s una cosa que fem tots de forma natural.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Un ancoratge \u00e9s un est\u00edmul que est\u00e0 associat a una experi\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s gran.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Per exemple, aquesta can\u00e7\u00f3 que quan l&#039;escoltes et trasllada a algun moment incre\u00efble de la teva vida o aquella aroma que et trasllada a aquella infantesa a casa de l&#039;\u00e0via.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, que nosaltres ens ancorem naturalment. El que fa la Programaci\u00f3 Neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica i, per extensi\u00f3, el Coaching, que el fa servir molt\u00edssim, \u00e9s utilitzar aquesta eina perqu\u00e8 decidim a quin tipus d&#039;estats emocionals ens volem ancorar o associar. I aix\u00f2 ho fa introduint un est\u00edmul en aquesta experi\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s el puguem detonar i ens puguem sentir d&#039;aquesta manera.<\/p>\n<h3>Com funciona?<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ESTAT que m&#039;agradaria aconseguir. Per exemple, tranquil\u00b7litat.<\/li>\n<li>EXPER\u00c8NCIA en qu\u00e8 m&#039;he sentit aix\u00ed. Per exemple, penso en aquella platja on vaig estar molt tranquil\u00b7la.<\/li>\n<li>EST\u00cdMOL que escollir\u00e9 per associar-ho a aquesta experi\u00e8ncia. Per exemple, un gest de qualsevol mena, cada persona ho fa a la seva manera. Tamb\u00e9 podries dir-te una paraula o posar-te una can\u00e7\u00f3 per\u00f2 jo s\u00f3c molt partid\u00e0ria que fem un gest perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s una cosa que de forma molt natural despr\u00e9s podr\u00e0s fer servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Per tant, tens les 3 coses: l&#039;estat que vols ancorar de tranquil\u00b7litat, l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia en qu\u00e8 et senties molt tranquil o molt tranquil\u00b7la, que \u00e9s la platja, als exemples que estic posant, i despr\u00e9s l&#039;est\u00edmul.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e8cnica:<\/p>\n<p>Ara ja es tracta de fer simplement un viatge, amb els ulls tancats, i traslladar-te a aquesta platja.<\/p>\n<p>I quan sentis que aquest estat de tranquil\u00b7litat va pujant i va assolint la m\u00e0xima intensitat, fes aquest gest que has decidit pr\u00e8viament. De manera que el teu cervell el que far\u00e0 \u00e9s gravar en aquest record, en aquest arxiu que ja tenia, aquest nou est\u00edmul. Perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s, en qualsevol moment que vulguis tornar a gaudir d&#039;aquesta tranquil\u00b7litat, puguis fer el gest o dir-te la paraula, aquest est\u00edmul que has enregistrat, i tornis a sentir aquesta tranquil\u00b7litat.<\/p>\n<h2>Com aplicar l&#039;ancoratge de PNL a les teves vacances<\/h2>\n<p>Fins aqu\u00ed qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un ancoratge i com funciona explicat breument. Per\u00f2 avui t&#039;aportar\u00e9 una cosa nova. Cosa que aconsello molt als meus clients i que ha nascut de com ho he estat usant.<\/p>\n<p>Jo m&#039;he adonat que el cervell va enregistrant cont\u00ednuament la nostra experi\u00e8ncia. Aleshores a les vacances espero que tinguis molts moments incre\u00efblement meravellosos i que no nom\u00e9s siguin de tranquil\u00b7litat, sin\u00f3 estats poderosos de seguretat, de confian\u00e7a, de felicitat, d&#039;alegria, d&#039;aventura\u2026 Un ventall d&#039;estats poderosos per a tu que pots ancorar. Com?<\/p>\n<h3>Primer<\/h3>\n<p>El primer que haur\u00e0s de tenir, abans d&#039;anar-te&#039;n o mentre est\u00e0s de vacances, \u00e9s l&#039;est\u00edmul que utilitzar\u00e0s. Al v\u00eddeo poso d&#039;exemple un gest concret perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s visible per\u00f2 pot ser qualsevol altre. Tamb\u00e9 podeu triar una paraula o una can\u00e7\u00f3. Decideix l&#039;est\u00edmul que associar\u00e0s a les teves fant\u00e0stiques vacances.<\/p>\n<h3>Segon<\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s espero que tinguis unes vacances de plena consci\u00e8ncia. Posa el focus i tots els teus sentits a sentir-te b\u00e9 ia adonar-te&#039;n, que aix\u00f2 \u00e9s la consci\u00e8ncia, de com est\u00e0s de b\u00e9 a cada moment.<\/p>\n<h3>Tercer<\/h3>\n<p>Aleshores, quan estiguis vivint un moment m\u00e0gic, dins de la m\u00e0gia generalitzada de les vacances, puguis fer conscientment el gest. Aix\u00ed, la teva ment anir\u00e0 gravant aquests moments incloent un est\u00edmul que tu est\u00e0s conscientment incorporant a aquesta experi\u00e8ncia. De manera que quan tornis i torni la rutina, puguis \u00abdisparar\u00bb o tornar a fer el gest perqu\u00e8 aquestes vacances tornin a tu.<\/p>\n<h3>Repetir l&#039;\u00e0ncora<\/h3>\n<p>Com m\u00e9s vegades facis el gest durant les vacances, m\u00e9s poder\u00f3s ser\u00e0 l&#039;ancoratge. Els meus clients preferits s\u00f3n els esportistes perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n molt disciplinats. Si a un esportista li dic que ha de repetir l&#039;\u00e0ncora, ho far\u00e0 moltes vegades. Per aix\u00f2, espero que siguis molt esportista a l&#039;esport d&#039;aplicar l&#039;est\u00edmul perqu\u00e8 com m\u00e9s ho facis, m\u00e9s ric ser\u00e0. Aix\u00ed quan tornis i s&#039;hagin acabat les vacances, podr\u00e0s gaudir de sentir-te b\u00e9.
