En el v\u00eddeo anterior et vaig explicar com podies <a href=\"https:\/\/annaflores.es\/ca\/ancoratge-pnl-vacances\/\">aprofitar estar de vacances per fer-te un ancoratge<\/a> i despr\u00e9s portar-te aquests estats fabulosos quan estiguessis a la feina oa la rutina di\u00e0ria. En aquest v\u00eddeo vull dir-te que encara que no hagis aprofitat les vacances per fer l&#039;ancoratge llavors, encara ets a temps. Pot ser un estat de seguretat, de confian\u00e7a, d&#039;autoestima, de concentraci\u00f3, de motivaci\u00f3 ...<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quan t&#039;has sentit aix\u00ed?<\/strong> Despr\u00e9s vas a buscar a la teva vida un moment en qu\u00e8 t&#039;hagis sentit d&#039;aquesta manera per reviure m\u00e9s endavant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 gest vas a escollir?<\/strong> El seg\u00fcent que has de fer \u00e9s escollir un gest que no sigui habitual en tu, que no ho facis molt sovint perqu\u00e8 si no, no serviria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Quan ho hagis decidit, l&#039;\u00fanic que et faltar\u00e0 ja \u00e9s traslladar-te a aquest moment viscut.<\/p>\n<h2>Com fer l&#039;ancoratge<\/h2>\n<p>Ara et poses c\u00f2mode, tanques els ulls i et trasllades mentalment a aquesta experi\u00e8ncia, com si la estiguessis vivint de nou. Aix\u00ed que et poses a veure tot el que tens per veure, les formes, els colors, els sons que hi ha o el silenci, notes la posici\u00f3 del teu cos, la temperatura que t&#039;envolta i connectes amb aquest estat intern que has triat. I quan ho sentis, fas el gest.<\/p>\n<p>A el cap d&#039;un moment, intentes concentrar-te nom\u00e9s en com et sents i si l&#039;estat creix i \u00e9s m\u00e9s poder\u00f3s, tornes a fer el gest. I si l&#039;estat es mant\u00e9 com estava, pots deixar-ho c\u00f3rrer. Aix\u00ed que llavors \u00e9s el moment de gaudir-lo i quan vulguis, obrir els ulls.<\/p>\n<h2>Sentir-se b\u00e9 repetint l&#039;\u00e0ncora fins que es gravi<\/h2>\n<p>Doncs aquest gest \u00e9s l&#039;ancoratge, \u00e9s el gest que far\u00e0s per generar en tu aquest estat positiu i poder\u00f3s. Primer et convido a que ho comprovis, que te un temps per tancar els ulls, fer el gest i comprovar qu\u00e8 recuperes de l&#039;estat. Perqu\u00e8 si no recuperes l&#039;estat en tota la seva esplendor, \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de repetir-ho les vegades que siguin necess\u00e0ries fins que el teu cervell gravi aquest automatisme.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pots fer-ho amb diferents experi\u00e8ncies i diferents estats. Pots fer quants ancoratges vulguis amb estats que siguin positius i poderosos. I et recomano que facis sempre el mateix gest perqu\u00e8 aquest gest es converteixi en una \u00e0ncora poderosa en la teva vida i que puguis usar-la en qualsevol moment per millorar-la.
