Aquesta eina tracta d&#039;aprendre a comportar-te com si el que vols que passi, ja estigu\u00e9s passant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-video fusion-youtube fusion-aligncenter\" style=\"--awb-max-width:600px;--awb-max-height:360px;--awb-width:100%;\"><div class=\"video-shortcode\"><lite-youtube videoid=\"IfiQv5O4iEA\" class=\"landscape\" params=\"wmode=transparent&autoplay=1&amp;rel=0&amp;controls=0&amp;modestbranding=1&amp;enablejsapi=1\" title=\"YouTube v\u00eddeo player 1\" data-button-label=\"Play Video\" width=\"600\" height=\"360\" data-thumbnail-size=\"auto\" data-no-cookie=\"on\"><\/lite-youtube><\/div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 vol dir \u00abcom si\u00bb?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s una eina basada en el propi funcionament de el cervell, que \u00e9s un gran amant de la coher\u00e8ncia. Segons com estic per dins, em mostro per fora. Perqu\u00e8 si jo em mostro per fora diferent de com estic per dins, per al cervell seria gaireb\u00e9 com mentir i multiplica per set la seva activitat. Per aix\u00f2, si tu no poses atenci\u00f3, si no poses el focus en corregir aix\u00f2, tu et mostres per fora de forma autom\u00e0tica i inconscient com et sents per dins.<\/p>\n<p>Doncs aprofitant aquest amor a la coher\u00e8ncia del nostre cervell, el que farem \u00e9s desactivar aquests automatismes. I utilitzar les formes externes de la nostra conducta per canviar el com ens sentim per dins.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que si vols sentir-te feli\u00e7, per exemple, com et mostraries per fora? Com aniries? Aniries amb el cap baix o aniries somrient, mirant cap amunt, gesticulant, caminant amb cert ritme, amb una brillantor a la cara? Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el primer que has de saber. Com et mostraries si et sentissis feli\u00e7?<\/p>\n<p>D&#039;aquesta manera, tot i que t&#039;estigui passant alguna cosa que no t&#039;ajudi per a res a la felicitat, quan tu t&#039;est\u00e0s mostrant fos feli\u00e7, feli\u00e7, feli\u00e7, el teu cervell, que \u00e9s teu, interpreta aquests moviments, aquests gestos, aquest somriure , aquesta brillantor a la cara, aquesta veu alegre ... Quan tu ho insisteixes i el insisteixes, el cervell a la fin fa una an\u00e0lisi de ... m&#039;est\u00e0 servint el c\u00f2ctel qu\u00edmic que el sistema l\u00edmbic est\u00e0 enviant? Perqu\u00e8 li estic enviant sensacions negatives per\u00f2 aquesta persona s&#039;est\u00e0 mostrant diferent. Llavors com el cervell el que vol \u00e9s sempre ser molt productiu, a la fin desactivar\u00e0 aquests neurotransmissors, deixar\u00e0 d&#039;enviar aquests neurotransmissors que no s\u00f3n coherents amb com t&#039;est\u00e0s mostrant per fora.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 passa? Que no \u00e9s f\u00e0cil, no, nom\u00e9s a el principi et va a xocar. Quan tu et mostres per fora com et vols sentir, encara no aconsegueixes que el cervell desactivi l&#039;automatisme, has d&#039;insistir en mostrar d&#039;aquesta manera, gesticular d&#039;aquesta manera i, a la fi, aconsegueixes que el cervell desactivi els neurotransmissors.<\/p>\n<h2>Quantes vegades ho has de repetir?<\/h2>\n<p>Les que siguin fins que et sentis b\u00e9. Tinc clients que ho fan molt f\u00e0cil, que una estoneta de repetir-ja els funciona i hi ha altres que triguen m\u00e9s. Per aix\u00f2, no s\u00e9 com va a ser en el teu cas per\u00f2 el primer \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Quin estat vull sentir?<\/h3>\n<p>Com vull sentir-me? Qu\u00e8 vull que estigui passant en la meva vida?<\/p>\n<h3>2. Com et mostraries?<\/h3>\n<p>Quan tinguis clar quin estat vols sentir-te, analitza com et mostraries si aix\u00f2 estigu\u00e9s passant, si et estiguessis sentint d&#039;aquesta manera. Com et mostraries a el m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Posar-te a practicar<\/h3>\n<p>De vegades els poso deures als meus clients de caminar al passad\u00eds de casa d&#039;aquesta manera i sortir de casa cada mat\u00ed com si el que vols que passi, ja estigu\u00e9s passant.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que comprova que tot i que no tan f\u00e0cil, \u00e9s molt simple.
